Check/Replace air filter (we will replace a customer provided filter or a filter can be purchased from the technician)
Check heat exchanger and combustion chamber for leaks
Check flue pipe and fresh air piping for leaks/blockage
Check/Clean burners and flame sensing assembly
Check/Clean condensate line to prevent water overflow
Perform CO test to make sure home is safe
Check Inducer motor, indoor blower motor and blower wheel, lubricate if applicable
Check all electrical components and connections
Check voltage and amp readings of all components
Check indoor duct system and temperature rise for proper air circulation
Check thermostat operation
Check w/customer to make sure system is performing to their expectations/needs

Fuel oil filter change

Smoke combustion test
