What is Included:

• Check/Replace air filter (we will replace a customer provided filter or a Filter can be purchased from the technician)
• Clean and check condensate drain pan and drain lines to prevent water overflow
• Check/clean outside condenser coil for efficient operation
• Lubricate fan motors if applicable
• Check all electrical components and connections
• Check voltage and amp readings of all components
• Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures
• Check indoor blower motor and blower wheel, lubricate if applicable
• Check indoor duct system and temperature drop for proper air circulation
• Check thermostat operation
• Check w/customer to make sure system is performing to their expectations/needs

• Change nozzle
• Smoke combustion test

• Check heat exchanger and combustion chamber for leaks
• Check flue pipe and fresh air piping for leaks/blockage
• Check/Clean burners and flame sensing assembly
• Check/Clean condensate line to prevent water overflow
• Perform CO test to make sure home is safe
• Check Inducer motor, indoor blower motor and blower wheel, lubricate if applicable
• Check all electrical components and connections
• Check voltage and amp readings of all components
• Check indoor duct system and temperature rise for proper air circulation
